Do periods make you throw up? I know it is an odd question but I just wanna know.

That’s not an odd question. While it’s not the most common period symptom, some girls do feel nauseous (like they’re going to throw up) and some may actually throw up. They also might have other stuff, like cramping, bloating (puffiness in the belly area) or diarrhea. Most girls feel fine during their periods, so if these period symptoms happen every month and are severe (like it’s so bad you have to miss school), it’s time to talk to the doctor about how to get you more comfortable.
