Plenty of girls feel embarrassed about periods. But usually that embarrassment fades as you get a little older and periods become less of a big deal. They happen every month and eventually you’ll get good at having your supplies on hand and knowing what to do.

If you’re worried about a boyfriend seeing your supplies, you can keep them tucked away in your purse or backpack. If he did see something, you might be embarrassed but remember it’s no big deal. Every girl eventually gets a period. You’re far from the only one!
